Mr. He Biao
Mr. He Biao, CEO of China Mobile, noted that as 5G/5G-A evolves toward 6G, 6G’s ultra-high speeds, massive connectivity, ultra-reliability/ultra-low latency, integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), integrated AI and communication, and seamless terrestrial-satellite integration are redefining the boundaries of communications. These advancements will:
1. Strongly support the billions of intelligent connections required for inclusive AI, enabling efficient collaboration among massive intelligent agents in complex scenarios and accelerating the emergence of collective intelligence.
2. Strongly support the carbon-silicon synergy required for inclusive AI, reshaping value creation systems in human society.
3. Strongly support the digital-real integration required for inclusive AI, heralding a new era of inclusive intelligence.
He urged global industry partners to jointly address challenges in AI-Networks integration and proposed three initiatives:
1. Build a shared digital foundation for AI-Networks integration to solidify the groundwork for inclusive AI. Optimize international information infrastructure for efficient, reliable, and sustainable new-generation networks.
2. Advance technological innovation in AI-Networks integration to energize inclusive AI. Accelerate R&D and standardization of 5G-A, 6G, and AI to establish unified global standards.
3. Promote widespread application of AI-Networks integration to unlock inclusive AI’s value. Leverage the GTI 5G-A×AI Development Program to unite global academia, industry, and cross-sector partners, bridging the digital gap and unleashing AI’s inclusive potential.
